Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used creams and serums.

  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of special promotions.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@phytohealmedtech.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order details, reason for the return, and proof of purchase.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality control team.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that:

    • Are not in original condition.

    • Are missing parts not due to our error.

    • Are returned after the 14-day return window.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Original shipping fees.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for discretionary returns.


Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@phytohealmedtech.com. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@phytoheal.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damage for faster resolution. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
